We have a 30 day return policy on all our non-personalised items. We cannot offer a refund on personalised products unless they are faulty as these are custom products. If you received a faulty item you must notify us immediately, and within 14 days of receipt.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Where you are eligible for a refund, all refunds are processed back to the original payment method.
Shipping Returns
To return your product please contact us for shipping address and information.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item unless the item was faulty. If you receive a refund for a non-faulty item, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. If you receive a refund for an item that was faulty we will credit the postage along with the refund back to your card or bank.
If you are returning more expensive items, you may consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We do not guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received a refund within 15 days, first check your bank account again or contact your credit card company, as processing times will vary.
If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us.
Sale items not personalised
Sale items will be refunded. according to the same laws as non-sale items where they are not personalised or customised in any way.
Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we may evaluate the issue and make it right.
Certain types of items cannot be returned like custom products (such as special orders or personalised items). Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on gift cards and downloads.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item, we cannot accept exchanges on personalised or customised items.
European Union 3 day cooling off period. However, this does not apply to personalised or customised items.
Notwithstanding the above, if merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 3 days for any reason and without justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
