Things She Makes is an independent creative studio based in East London and operated as a UK sole trader.

Every effort is made to describe and photograph our products as accurately as possible.
As our products are individually designed, printed and assembled in small batches, slight variations may occur. Colours may also appear differently depending on your screen or device.
All products are subject to availability.
We reserve the right to update product descriptions, pricing or availability at any time.
Prices & Payment
All prices are shown in Pounds Sterling (£).
Prices may change from time to time, but once your order has been placed and accepted, the price you pay will not change.
Payment must be received before your order is dispatched.
Orders
After placing an order, you’ll receive an order confirmation by email.
In rare circumstances, we may need to cancel an order, for example if:
- a product is unavailable;
- there has been an obvious pricing or listing error; or
- we reasonably suspect fraudulent activity.
If we cancel your order after payment has been made, you’ll receive a full refund.
Personalised Products
Personalised or customised products are made especially for you.
For this reason, they cannot usually be cancelled, returned or refunded unless they are faulty or have been made incorrectly.

Delivery times are estimates only and cannot be guaranteed.
We are not responsible for delays caused by postal services or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
