Returns & Refunds
We hope you’ll love your Mini Whirld. Every piece is designed, printed and assembled in our East London studio with care and attention to detail. If something isn’t quite right, we’re here to help.
Returns
If you’ve changed your mind, you can return any non-personalised item within 30 days of receiving your order.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be:
- unused and in its original condition
- returned in its original packaging where possible
- accompanied by proof of purchase
Please contact us before returning an item so we can provide the correct returns address and instructions.
Personalised Items
As personalised and custom-made products are created especially for you, they cannot be returned or refunded unless they arrive faulty or have been made incorrectly.
If there is a problem with your personalised order, please contact us as soon as possible and we’ll work with you to put things right.
Faulty, Damaged or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order when it arrives.
If your item is faulty, damaged in transit, or you’ve received the wrong item, please contact us as soon as possible so we can resolve the issue quickly.
Where an item is confirmed to be faulty or incorrect, we’ll offer an appropriate remedy in accordance with your statutory rights, which may include a repair, replacement or refund. We’ll also reimburse any reasonable return postage costs.
Return Postage
Unless your item is faulty or incorrect, you are responsible for the cost of returning your order.
For your peace of mind, we recommend using a tracked postal service for returns, as we cannot accept responsibility for items lost in transit.
Refunds
Once your return has been received and inspected, we’ll let you know whether your refund has been approved.
Approved refunds will be processed back to your original payment method. Please allow up to 14 days for your bank or card provider to process the refund after it has been issued.
Sale Items
Sale items are covered by the same returns policy as full-price items. However, personalised or customised sale items cannot be returned unless they are faulty.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned unless they are faulty:
- Personalised or customised products
- Gift cards
- Digital downloads
Exchanges
We don’t offer direct exchanges.
If you’d like a different item, simply return your eligible purchase for a refund and place a new order.
Your Right to Cancel
If you’re purchasing as a consumer in the UK, you have the legal right to cancel most orders within 14 days of receiving your goods under the Consumer Contracts Regulations.
This right does not apply to personalised or customised items that have been made specifically for you.
If you’d like to cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible.
